Vegan Cheese and Sausage Omelette


1/2 c garbanzo bean flour

basil, oregano, onion powder and pink Himalayan sea salt

2/3 c water

1 slice Field Roast Chao Cheese, coconut herb flavor (optional)

3 Field Roast breakfast sausages (optional)

grape seed oil


Heat oil in skillet. Make sure the skillet is coated or the omelette will stick. Mix all ingredients in a bowl well. It will look like an egg mixture. Pour into hot skillet. When edges start to matte, with a spatula, fold the omelette in half. Cook on both sides for 1-3 minutes. And voila!

This is a super easy recipe and only takes minutes to make. I made a sandwich out of mine. This tastes like a real omelette. Enjoy!
