Detox Day 2

Morning: I woke up with a slight tickle in my throat and sneezed throughout the morning. Not sure if that’s a side effect but whatever. I feel like I’m on cloud 9 right now, as if I’ve smoked some good marijuana, and I’ve never smoked a day in my life. I feel less irritable and I felt like that yesterday as well, which is good since I’m a teacher of young kids. I took my chlorella and spirulina tablets as directed yesterday and today and I hate that I got off of them because they make me feel amazing and give me the energy I need. Also, I slept really good last night. Went to sleep at 8:30 and woke up at 4, an hour and 15 minutes ahead of time.

Afternoon: I didn’t drink a juice. I just drank water. One thing I’ve noticed about this juice fast is this detoxification in the form of bowel movements, serious bowel movements. Also, my hormones have skyrocketed with the influx of greens (basically I’m like a dog in heat, 24/7). That’s one of the huge things.

Dinner: I caved and ate, however, I will be picking back up tomorrow. I still have a few more days. Another thing with the detox is detoxing at work. I’m a teacher and it’s really hard to teach while keeping having to go to the bathroom. I’m thinking I will finish out this week and then try again next weekend since I have a 4 day weekend. It’ll be easier since I don’t have to work and can be at home detoxing.

I know what you mean when you say STRONG bowel movements, I think you have the right idea by waiting until you can get to the bathroom without having to blast past a student. Enjoyed reading this, very honest. Good luck on your next attempt at detoxing.
