This morning I was super hungry but I had my smoothie and went about my business. I had a second smoothie for lunch and then for dinner my last juice. Did not experience strong bowel movements, kind of back to normal. I will be easing off my fast tomorrow starting with chia seed pudding. The best way to ease off a fast is to eat raw. So I have chia seeds mixed with homemade hemp milk, berries, raw agave, pepitas and nuts. And into the weekend I’ll be introducing cooked foods, though I don’t think I’m going to go back to eating too many cooked foods though. I’ve liked not cooking this week. I have bought lots of new hats since it’s getting closer to summer so that means a lot more smoothies, juices, chia seed pudding, overnight oats and other cooking not required foods.
